The Commons consists of three buildings with a total of 32,000 square feet at completion. Now leasing in two completed buildings, single story, traditional style with 8,000 square feet each.
At this point, Tenants can design suite layout in sizes from 1,200 - 8,000 square feet.
The third building will consist of 16,000 square feet and be a two-story structure with the same traditional styling as the two single story buildings. Construction of this building is scheduled for 2008.
