The project's Phase II building is designed with an 'Avenue' style architecture and is separated from the Phase I building by a 65 foot courtyard.
This structure is sure to compliment the first building and attract the attention of not only pedestrians in the center, but also the multitude of consumers traveling Reinhardt College Parkway daily.
Construction of Phase II is scheduled to begin Summer of 2007 with a shell completion available for tenant build-out by December 2007.
The building will be 24,000 square feet. Current plans call for thirteen suites of varying size. Layout can be modified to meet tenant needs.
