Riverstone Village is located at the signalized intersection of Reinhardt College Parkway and Riverstone Boulevard in the heart of the master Riverstone Retail Development — 21-acre mixed-use development offering specialty retail, restaurant, professional, medical space and out parcels.
The project is located in Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia. The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce describes the area as “Where Metro Meets the Mountains”. Canton is about 45 miles north of Atlanta, between Interstate highways I-75 and I-575.
Cherokee County was recently identified as the 7th largest county in the State of Georgia based upon population, and it is the 25th fastest growing county in the United States (per U.S census records).
Canton will be home to a new 630 acre development, The Bluffs at Technology Park. The Bluffs is located within a mile of Riverstone Village. The Technology Park is designed to create about 15,000 jobs in the area within the next five years.
In addition to the tremendous commercial growth in this area of Canton, there are three new residential developments within two miles of Riverstone Village. These developments will provide a total of more than 5,000 new homes when completed.
