Riverstone Village is a 21 acre mixed-use development in Canton, Georgia, offering specialty retail, restaurants, medical and professional office space, and out parcels. The center, with distinctive village style architecture, courtyards, abundant green space and ample parking, is centrally located within the master Riverstone Retail Development.

Phase I
·· The center piece of the Riverstone Village Development has 32,000 sq feet with only 2 suites currently available for leasing.

Phase II
·· Now Pre-Leasing, this Avenues style building should be completed by the end of 2007 and will be 24,000 sq feet.

Phase III
·· This 7,000 square foot building was designed around the anchor tenants (Shane’s Rib Shack and Moe’s Southwest Grill) unique styles. Fully leased as of October 2006.

Phase IV
